The final cosmetic change is the penis enlargement surgery. To complete this, head to the Plastic Surgery option from the Activities tab.

Select the Penis Enlargement option, after which you will be presented with different surgeon options. The more expensive option is less likely to go wrong.

From the Assets tab, tap the Go Shopping tab and choose a dealership to buy a Lambo. You can also loan a Lambo if you don’t have enough cash.
